‘Happy Birthday’ Lawsuit Comes to an Expensive End
The long, drawn out ‘Happy Birthday’ lawsuit is finally coming to a close, according to Variety. US District judge George King is considering a final settlement that would find Warner Chappell paying out $14 million in compensation and over $4 million in attorneys fees. The truth is that we may add MQA to the list of audio formats that have come and gone. This list includes HDCD, DVDA, and DSD. Gear Review: B&W 804 D3 Floorstanding Speakers
In some ways, the 804 D3 (and the rest of the new D3 Series) are the speakers I've long wished that Bowers & Wilkins would make.
